Role Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Designer working across web and graphic design. This is a multidisciplinary role requiring solid execution in both areas and the ability to approach unfamiliar tasks with curiosity and professional confidence.

You’ll work directly with clients and closely with the team. The role requires independence, quick learning, and the ability to adapt to both short projects and long-term collaborations.

Your day-to-day:

• Designing websites from scratch – structure, layouts, responsive behavior, styleguides;
• Defining motion, interactions, and animation logic for your web designs;
• Designing print and digital materials (pitch decks, ads, social content, business cards, etc.);
• Supporting ongoing brand communication in long-term collaborations;
• Presenting your work and contributing to client meetings;
• Learning and applying new tools including AI;
• Conducting focused research to validate and refine design decisions;
• Identifying and proposing improvements across your projects;
